Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment Terms

• Currency: Dollar rate will be calculated based on prevailing exchange rate.
• Payment: Payment in full or a valid cheque guarantees the booking.
• Early Check-out: Early check-out will be paid in full.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: Check-in time is 1:00 PM.
• Check-out Time: Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Late Check-out: Late check-out attracts a surcharge of 50% after 11:00 AM.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• No-Show: No-show fee will be charged in full for the first night booked.
• Cancellation: Cancellation made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged in full.

Property Care and Maintenance

• Interior Design and Furniture: Interior design, furniture and the likes are all put in place for your comfort. However, if you have to rearrange ensure all is put back to place else caution fee will be forfeited.
• Cleaning: We understand you could be having a party but ensure you tidy up before checking out to avoid forfeited caution fee.
• Damages: Any damages on the property during your stay must be fixed.
